Apple To Join Music Streaming World

As Apple is gearing up to announce their latest product lineup, many followers out there are beginning to wonder if the company will officially put a release date on their iTunes Radio, their rumored music streaming service. Of course, this music service will set out to rival the other popular names like Pandora and Spotify as this radio service will be “free,” according to reports.

It is already said that many big name brands are behind Apple’s latest musical venture, brand such as:

  • McDonald’s
  • Nissan
  • Pepsi
  • Proctor & Gamble

The anticipation for the release of this music streaming has been growing since the company officially announced the service at their annual World Wide Developers Conference. Similar to the other radio streams out there, Apple’s iTunes radio will offer playlists and artist recommendations based on the user’s unique music library.

How To: Sync Apple Devices With iTunes

iTunes Radio is taking several steps away from the original iTunes platform which was of course, pay-per-song. Now, Apple will release this free music streaming service and gain their profit from their advertising partnerships. The pausing on the radio stations will probably be more like the ones that listeners hear while using Pandora. This will be Apple’s way of breaking into the radio world and the anticipation will continue to build as the reviews and rumors continue to swirl.
