We wanted to take a moment to share our personal reasoning behind not having customers sign waivers before receiving iPhone, iPad or Laptop repair services here in Lafayette. First of all, we would simply ask one question. If you took your car to a mechanic and they asked you to sign a waiver to allow them to work on your car, would you do it? With that logic, we know of someone who had an oil change at a big retailer and they did not put the oil plug in properly. This lead to all of the oil slowly leaking out and causing the motor to totally lock up. The only fix was replacing the motor. Could you imagine if they had signed a waiver before getting an oil change?

Well, that is how we feel about the iPhone repair business. We are very confident in our service and feel that there is no need to “cover ourselves” by having customers sign a piece of paper freeing us from any liability. For example, if you come into our store and your iPhone screen is cracked but everything else works fine, we are confident that everything should still work fine after we change the screen. If something goes wrong during the repair, why would we not take responsibility? We have been in our current iPhone Repair store location for 7 years and have NEVER asked anyone to sign a waiver. We never will either.

So, we could go on and on and point out reasons other iPhone repair shops may ask you to sign a waiver before receiving service. But we just wanted to take a moment to explain why we do NOT participate in this practice. With our level of confidence and experience in the iPhone and iPad repair world, we are never worried about “something going wrong”. God forbid something were to go wrong, we would make it right and never want to leave a customer with a bad experience.
