With Apple’s annual tech conference coming up and all the rumors that have been popping up all over the internet, we figured we’d compile a list of what we may have to look forward to with the latest smartphones that both Apple and Samsung have been teasing for the past few months.
Looking At The iPhone 6
As soon as Apple releases one iPhone, people begin to wonder what the next product will be, even if they’ve only owned the new phone for a week. So, when it comes to the iPhone 6, what can users expect to go in for the annual upgrade? Well, the most popular rumor is the size of the phone, itself. The screen is expected to “increase significantly,” according to MacRumors, by a full .5 inches.
The iPhone 6 is also said to have a longer lasting battery life which would make it easier for users who stream music on their phones while using it for essentially everything else, also. The Apple conference is being held on September 9th so, that’s when we’ll finally be able to tell you which iPhone 6 rumors were true and which one’s we’ll have to wait on for the next version.
Samsung’s New Developments
While Samsung just released their new Galaxy phone which is water proof to a shallow, but still convenient depth (if you’ve ever dropped your phone in a puddle, this helps). Yet, we’re still on the hunt for the latest Galaxy developments that Samsung is coming up with. Thus far, the only rumors we have really been hearing have to deal with Samsung potentially encasing their next phone in a metal body – just like their competition, the Apple iPhone.
